Creating WE is based on the premise that in any business or organization, leaders set the tone.
How leaders behave creates an atmosphere that instinctually triggers behaviors in others. An inclusive and supportive atmosphere triggers “Vital Instincts” – promoting positive responses, and our desire to reach out and partner with others.

Open leaders create open, healthy and productive environments – in stark contrast to the compliant environments forced by autocratic leadership. Leaders who foster creative thinking and risk-taking, create environments where innovation reins supreme. Leaders, who punish honest communication, stop the critically important process of conversation – thus creating resistance and in turn, damaging morale and productivity. The behavior and communication style of a company’s leader and the atmosphere and environment they create are directly linked.
